Terms of Service

Welcome to StokedFare. These terms keep things clear between us. By using stokedfare.com or subscribing to our alerts, you agree to them.

What StokedFare is (and isn't)

• StokedFare is operated by StokedFare LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. StokedFare is an information and curation service: we find and share travel deals for divers, skiers, and snowboarders, with context like typical prices, seasons, and gear-fee estimates.
• StokedFare is not a travel agency, tour operator, or seller of travel. We do not sell, offer to sell, book, arrange, furnish, provide, or act as an agent for any flight, hotel, cruise, tour, activity, transportation, or travel package. We do not collect, hold, handle, or process any payment for travel.
• Every alert and deal page is purely informational. When you decide to book, you leave StokedFare and transact directly with the airline, hotel, tour operator, or third-party online travel agency — under their prices, their terms, their cancellation policies, and their customer service. StokedFare is not a party to that transaction and earns no part of your travel payment.
• Any subscription fee is solely for our information service — for the alerts, data, and curation we provide — and is never a payment for travel or any travel product.

Prices change fast — that's the point

Deals are perishable. A fare that's real when we send an alert can be gone in hours. We do our best to verify prices at the moment we find them, but we can't guarantee any price, availability, seat, room, date, or condition shown in an alert or on a deal page. Always confirm the final price on the merchant's site before you book — the merchant's checkout price is the only one that counts.

Affiliate relationships

Some links earn us a commission (see the affiliate disclosure). This never changes the price you pay, and it never changes which deals we send — a deal makes the cut on the numbers, not the commission.

Memberships and billing

The base alert service is free. Paid memberships (e.g., Founding 50 / Pro), when offered, are billed by Stripe under the price and terms shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. If we ever discontinue a paid feature you paid for, we'll refund the unused portion — fair is fair.

Fair use

Don't scrape, resell, or mass-redistribute our alerts or data, misuse the service to spam others, or attempt to break or overload it. We can suspend accounts that do.

The legal essentials

• The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, StokedFare's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is $0 on the free tier).
• We're not liable for the acts, omissions, prices, or services of any airline, hotel, or merchant you book with.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
• We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
