Stokedfare ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to send you good travel deals — we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

What we collect

• Contact & account info — your email address and/or your Telegram chat ID, so we can deliver alerts.
• Your preferences — the airport(s) you fly from, destinations you watch, activity interests (scuba/snow), and unit preference. You provide these to get relevant deals.
• Click activity — when you tap a deal link, we record which deal and link you clicked (via stokedfare.com/go), plus basic technical info like your browser type. This tells us which deals resonate and lets our affiliate partners attribute bookings.
• Basic site analytics — standard technical data (e.g., pages viewed) to understand and improve the site.

How we use it

• To send you the deal alerts you signed up for, by Telegram and/or email.
• To tailor deals to your airports, destinations, and interests.
• To measure which deals and links are useful and improve the service.
• To operate our affiliate partnerships (so partners know a booking came from us).

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make Stokedfare work, and only as needed:

• Infrastructure — our database and automation providers (e.g., Supabase, n8n) store and process your subscription data securely.
• Delivery — Telegram and our email provider deliver your alerts.
• Affiliate partners — when you click a deal link, you are forwarded to a partner (e.g., Aviasales/Travelpayouts, Agoda, Booking.com, Viator, or an insurance partner), which then operates under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies & tracking

Our deal links pass through a redirector that logs the click for attribution and analytics. Our site and our partners may set cookies to track referrals and improve performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking them won't stop you from receiving alerts.

Your choices & rights

• Unsubscribe anytime — every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop Telegram alerts by messaging our bot or contacting us.
• Access or delete your data — email hello@stokedfare.com and we'll provide or delete the personal data we hold about you.
• Update your preferences — reply to a message or contact us to change your airports, watchlist, or interests.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as you're a subscriber. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove your personal information promptly, except where we're required to retain limited records.

Children

Stokedfare is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers.
