Privacy Policy

StokedFare ("we," "us") sends deal alerts for dive, ski and snowboard trips. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it — in plain English, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.

What we collect

• What you give us: your email address, first name, home airport(s), the sports you follow, and any trip watches or preferences you set.
• If you connect Telegram: your Telegram chat ID and username, so we can send alerts there.
• Deal interactions: when you click a deal link, we record the click (which deal, when) so we know which alerts are useful.
• Automatic basics: our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type), and we collect anonymous, cookieless usage statistics (pages viewed, country-level location, device type) to improve the service — never tied to your identity. We don't run ad trackers or sell ads.

What we do with it

• Send you the deal alerts you signed up for, at the airports you chose.
• Improve which deals we hunt — e.g., scanning your home airport more often.
• That's it. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Affiliate links

Deal pages link to travel merchants (airline booking sites, Booking.com, Agoda, Viator, World Nomads, and similar). If you book or get a quote through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you — see our affiliate disclosure. Those merchants have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies once you're on their sites; we don't control that, and we don't pass them your personal information — the link just tells them a visitor came from StokedFare.

Who we share with (service providers only)

We use a small set of tools to run the service: database hosting (Supabase), website hosting (Netlify), email delivery (Google/Gmail), messaging (Telegram), workflow automation (n8n), and — when paid memberships launch — payment processing (Stripe; card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our systems). Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe: every email has a one-tap unsubscribe link, and you can message the Telegram bot to stop alerts.
• Access or delete your data: email hello@stokedfare.com and we'll handle it promptly.

Other things worth saying

• StokedFare isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
• We're based in the United States; your data is processed in the U.S.
• We keep your data while you're subscribed and delete it when you ask (or within a reasonable period after you unsubscribe).
• If we materially change this policy, we'll note it here and update the date above.
